Concept
Based on a story of independence in which an honor-student girl (Kanako Mineuchi), who fears the caste system and groupthink rampant in elementary and middle school and always tries to be normal, gradually changes to live as herself without minding others' eyes by falling in love with an eccentric classmate, Yoshizawa-kun, who lives without caring about others' gaze, she creates paintings, picture books, and poetry.
Her work focuses on those who, within the gears of society, have been pretended not to be heard, not to be seen, and even treated as if they never existed.
